We are a dedicated team of both men and women with a range of complementary skills to take care of your loved one from the day you contact us.
We have extensive experience of caring for the deceased person and in supporting and guiding you in the decisions that are required in order to arrange their funeral. We offer a sensitive helping hand from the day we are contacted to beyond the day of the funeral.
We will support you in creating a fully personalised funeral starting with an open book for you to decide how much or how little you want to include.
The location, venue, type of funeral, and the planning for the detail of the day of the funeral is driven by your instructions to us.
Distance is no object. We will always provide an estimate of the cost involved and make all of the necessary arrangements to facilitate the funeral taking place.

Donations
Whilst many families appreciate people sending floral tributes for their loved one, others prefer to only have family flowers. Everyone reading or hearing this will understand and respect your wishes, but they may still wish to do something in memory of the deceased.
Many families now ask people to make a charitable donation instead of sending flowers. This request is usually included in the death notice. We can help arrange this. You can donate the money to just one charity – perhaps one that your loved one supported – or several; it’s up to you. There are no rules about how many charities you can share the money between or what sort of charity they are – as long as they are properly registered.
How people make their donation is up to you – many charities now allow you to set up an online donation page in someone’s memory.
